JT32 Bulldozer Operation Precautions
1. The driver must be familiar with the structure, performance and use of each part of the vehicle, and be able to drive, maintain and eliminate simple faults.
2. The vehicle commander responsibility system must be implemented, and the vehicle commander is directly responsible for the normal operation, production and maintenance of the vehicle.
3. JT32 bulldozer is not allowed to operate with defects. If abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise and heat are found during driving, stop the vehicle immediately, find out the cause, and continue driving after troubleshooting. After returning, report to relevant departments and make corresponding records.
4. The antifreeze should be replaced in cold season. If cooling water is used, when the temperature is below 5 ℃, the cooling water shall be added with hot water of about 80 ℃, and it shall be closed after the water drain switch flows out of hot water, and then it shall be filled.
5. When the bulldozer is unable to move due to large resistance, the track "skids" or the engine slows down, the bulldozer shall be stopped immediately, and forced operation is not allowed. When the resistance is too large, the engine stalls. After restarting, the reverse action of shoveling operation shall be performed to eliminate overload.
6. When working in rock section, in order to avoid the rock being trapped in the machine parts, loosen the track a little and try to avoid making sharp turns.
7. When the crawler and other traveling parts are sandwiched into the rock, they should be driven back and forth in the positive and negative directions to eliminate in time. When the machine turns to clip in rocks, it can be eliminated by turning in place.
8. Before the engine is started, the main clutch must be "disengaged" and some speed changes must be placed in the "neutral" position.
9. After the engine is raised to the proper temperature (water temperature 55 ℃, oil temperature 45 ℃), slowly engage the main clutch; Warn people around when starting.
10. When the JT32 bulldozer operates and runs, it should avoid inappropriate high speed and sharp turns.
11. During driving and operation, pay attention to whether there is abnormal sound, knocking, leakage, and instrument indication.
12. During transportation, the bulldozer should not be lifted too high, and the distance from the ground is generally about 400mm.
13. When working on steep slopes and cliffs, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that someone is recommended to command when pushing soil down from high places or stacking on the aggregate platform.
