Successful application of unmanned driving technology on full hydraulic bulldozer

Recently, with the successful completion of the next action of remote control, the wireless remote control technology based on the hydrostatic transmission SD13YE full hydraulic bulldozer has been successfully applied, realizing the accurate operation of all functions of the full hydraulic bulldozer in the remote control mode.
In order to promote the research on remote control and monitoring system technology of bulldozers, the General Research Institute has actively invested in the research of basic technology. In the research process with hydrostatic transmission as the carrier, the R&D technicians integrated wireless remote control technology into the intelligent control system of bulldozers, mainly solved the key technologies such as data conversion and signal access of wireless signals, wireless remote control signal and vehicle CAN communication compatibility, and successfully applied the independently developed key technologies such as deviation correction control, slip rate control, anti-rollover control, power automatic matching control. Through the self-developed control program, the in-machine operation and wireless remote control operation are fully compatible. Through the repeated demonstration, research and debugging of the control strategy, control mode and control parameters of the remote bulldozer, the remote control of all basic functions of the bulldozer, such as start, stop, walking system, working device system, has been successfully realized.
The successful operation test of the remote control full hydraulic bulldozer marks the successful start of the application of the remote control technology of the wireless remote control bulldozer. At the same time, it will also build a platform for the follow-up research on auxiliary control functions, and lay a solid foundation for China's independent innovation level to a new level.
