JT16 bulldozer is mainly composed of engine, transmission system, working device, electrical part, cab and hood. Among them, the mechanical and hydraulic transmission system also includes hydraulic torque converter, coupling assembly, planetary gear power shift transmission, central transmission, steering clutch and steering brake, final drive and travel system, etc.
Common problems of JT16 bulldozer wear:
The traveling mechanism of JT16 bulldozer bears all the weight of JT16 bulldozer and the traveling function of JT16 bulldozer. The main form of damage is wear, which is mainly manifested in the following contact parts: the outer surface of the drive wheel teeth and the track pin sleeve; Roller track surface of idler and track link; Roller track surface of roller and track link; Roller track surface of carrier roller and track link; Contact surface between track pin and pin sleeve; Track shoe and ground, etc.
1. Track wear
In the traveling mechanism of the track (relative to the lubricated track and the sealed track), the track is not lubricated, resulting in the wear between the track pin and the pin sleeve due to the relative movement during the working process. The wear between the pin and the pin sleeve in the track is inevitable and normal, but this kind of wear will lengthen the track pitch and make the track too large. If this wear continues, the track will move laterally, which will cause the wear of idler, roller, carrier sprocket, drive gear teeth and other parts, and also aggravate the wear of track pin and sleeve. The wear of the track is also reflected in the reduction of the track spike height caused by the contact between the track shoe and the ground, and the reduction of the track link height caused by the contact between the track link roller surface and the idler, carrier roller and roller. Severe wear of track shoes will cause the loss of traction of JT16 bulldozer.
2. Wear of drive wheel
The wear of the drive wheel teeth often occurs at the root, front and rear sides, left and right sides and top of the teeth. When the JT16 bulldozer moves forward and the gear tooth holds up the track pin sleeve, the wear occurs at the front side of the gear tooth; On the contrary, when the JT16 bulldozer moves backward, the wear occurs at the rear side of the gear teeth. When the track is too loose, the track will deflect, and the side of the drive wheel tooth will be worn when the tooth impacts the side of the chain rail link. Another form of wear of drive wheel teeth is top wear. Top wear occurs when the track and drive wheel teeth are filled with viscous substances, and the meshing relationship between the drive wheel teeth and the track pin sleeve is changed. When the JT16 bulldozer moves forward, it will make marks on the top of the tooth back on the drive side of the drive wheel and the side of the pin sleeve.
JT16 Bulldozer Wear Prevention Measures
In view of the wear of the crawler traveling mechanism of JT16 bulldozer, the following measures can be taken: if the traveling mechanism of JT16 bulldozer has obvious wear at an early stage, the operation should be stopped immediately. Check the coincidence of the center of the idler, carrier roller, roller, drive wheel and the longitudinal centerline of the traveling frame;
In order to extend the service life, the front and rear rollers can be changed, but the original position of the single and double rollers on the traveling frame must be kept unchanged; After all parts of the traveling mechanism are worn to the service limit, the idler, carrier sprocket, roller, drive wheel tooth, shoe spike and chain rail link can be repaired or replaced by overlaying welding; In case that the track track pitch becomes longer due to wear, reverse the track link to remedy or replace a new track link.
